On the day of your wedding, your photographer will be with you more than you will be with each other, so it's very important to find someone you actually enjoy spending time with.  You also want someone whom you feel comfortable with and with whom you feel you can be yourself with.  The same is true of your portrait photographer.  With that in mind, I would be more than happy to get together over a coffee, tea if you are here in San Diego.  We can also meet over Zoom so that we can find out if we're a good fit for each other.

I couldn't take the images I do and serve our couples the way I do without my team!  I am the main photographer, planner, consultant, etc.  I edit all of the images and communicate with clients.  However, the people that support me are equally important!  My husband, Zack is my rock and my support.  He comes with me to engagement sessions to get to know our couples and to encourage the grooms that this is actually going to be fun!  Zack also accompanies me to weddings where he sets up flashes and runs point for me and the bride and groom if they need anything.  Angelica is my close friend and phenomenal second shooter.  I have trained her to be the second ME!  She not only takes great images, but she is incredibly fun to be around!

Zack and I understand your crazy wedding season because we just went through one  Our daughter Mackenzie and her husband Antonio were married in 2022 and so we got to experience the full insanity of wedding planning!  Fun, but a whirlwind at the same time.  So, we get it!  We are here for you and will support you to the best of our ability all through the process.  We'll be going through it again some day with our younger daughter, Katelyn, so we'll be learning from you too!  We're all in this together!

Have questions?

An online gallery is where I will deliver all of your high resolution images to you so you can download them onto your computer.  You will receive ALL of the images from your portrait session at no additional cost.  From this gallery you will also be able to order any prints, canvases, albums, etc. that you wish.  Not only that, but you can share the gallery with family and friends so they can download your images as well!

WHAT IS AN ONLINE GALLERY?

Through the years I have shot portraits in some really beautiful places in San Diego and elsewhere.  I have created a Location Slideshow with links to blog posts showing many sessions in different locations.  I also will note any special circumstances surrounding each location.

how do we choose a location for our portrait session?

As soon as you. book your your wedding with us, I will send over my Bridal Guide , which is filled with lots of advice on what to wear and how to prepare.  It also has lots of great suggestions on how to play your wedding!

how do we know how to prepare for a portrait session?

A retainer is basically a deposit or a down payment.  It "retains" my services for the date you are requesting and guarantees I will not book another client on that date.  Retainers are non-refundable since I am turning away other clients for the date you have requested.

WHAT IS A RETAINER?

First, reach out and tell me a little about yourself and what type of wedding photography you are interested in (link is above).  I will then send over my Investment Guide and if you decide you want to book, I will then send a proposal and contract online.  Sign, pay the retainer, and we are all set!
