This day was a long time in coming but it was really special and worth the wait for Charlie and Christine.  Although they had thought this day would happen years earlier, it just didn’t seem to matter at all as Christine was walked down the aisle by her daughter and son.  Charlie was all smiles and the time he had waited for this beautiful woman just melted away.  That feeling of joy pervaded the entire afternoon and evening as friends and family surrounded this lovely couple.

The blending of two families is never an easy thing to do but these two families seemed to connect perfectly.  It was so obvious that these adult children were genuinely happy for their parents.  I think my favorite part of the bridal party was the grandchildren though!  So darn adorable!  They were so warm and affectionate and loved getting in front of my camera, so that made it just that much more fun.  I can’t wait to have grandchildren some day so I can take a exorbitant amount of pictures of them!

As I walked around the wedding interacting with all of the guests, I just couldn’t keep a smile off of my face.  Everyone was so thoughtful and encouraging.  It was wonderful to get to spend an evening with people who were so genuine and warm.  Charlie and Christine, thank you so much for inviting Zack and I to be a part of your special day.  It was truly a joy for us to serve you.
